The 16th Asian Pacific Congress of Cardiology (APCC) 2007 was organized by the Taiwan Society of Cardiology and took place from December 13th-16th in Taipei, Taiwan.
Adalat® supported the knowledge transfer of healthcare professionals at the APCC by two events:
1. The symposium “Where do we stand with cardiovascular risk management?”
Key experts in the fields of cardiology, diabetology and hypertension management, presented a comprehensive programme to more than 120 delegates from the Asia Pacific region. 2. The workshop “Uncovering the evidence for benefits of Adalat beyond blood pressure control”
A capacity audience of 180 physicians attended the 4th Asia Pacific Adalat® Expert Workshop. The unquestionable role of Adalat® in the management of hypertension was the underlying theme for the workshop, with particular focus on optimising treatment strategies for those patients with additional cardiovascular (CV) risk factors.
